Tikki has combined his own personal love of fitness and training with his vast knowledge of exercise, physiology and psychology to create the ultimate fitness experience. Whether it be an Outdoor Bootcamp or Personal 1-2-1 Training, Tikki offers a unique attitude to training and a great sense of fun! This ensures that when you join up you are guaranteed to meet your goals, feel supported along the way and most importantly, enjoy the experience!
what does a Tikki Training session look like?
Every Tikki session is guaranteed to get your adrenaline pumping and your sweat dripping (and potentially some blood and tears, just to complete the cliché). Each session is based on the ‘HIIT’ principle of high intensity, interval training; a scientifically proven way to burn fat, build muscle mass and get fitter!
OUTDOOR BOOTCAMP
A bootcamp workout is a type of interval training with bursts of intense activity alternated with intervals of lighter activity using a variation of equipment and bodyweight exercises such as ropes, kettlebells, jumps, tyres, barrels to name a few.

Saturday | 10:00-11:15
PERSONAL TRAINING
1-2-1 and group training sessions, working with clients on their fitness goals, which includes improving a client’s muscular endurance, strengthening cardiovascular capabilities and increasing a client’s physical flexibility.
